Please note: This is full service direct mail. Price includes Printing, Ink-jetting, Postage, Assorting and Post office Drop-off.

You must provide your mailing list.
You must insert and seal your elvelopes.

You can buy mailing lists online from companies such as InfoUSA, BBDirect and USAData. Providers often sell a minimum of 1,000 to 5,000 names in a list. The price varies based on the type of list and the origin.

Actual postage price will be determined after your mailing list has been processed. Here are a few things to note when submitting your order:

Quantity of any mailing list: Any mailing list should contain a minimum of 200 addresses (required by USPS for Direct Mail)
All columns must contain the SAME heading “example”:
Column 1: is names all info in that column must have just the name
Column 2: is Addresses all info in that column must have just the address
Column 3: is for the City, all info in that column must have just the city
Column 4: is the State (just the abbreviation) “example” New York “NY” all info in that column is for the State you are mailing to
Column 5: is for the Zip Code all info in that column must have just the zip code

Once your job is dropped off to the post office, it can take 5-7 business days to get delivered.
